Return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Simple online request or in-store returns at our Maboneng location.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accepted

Unworn and unwashed
In original packaging with all tags attached
Free from perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains
Returned within 14 days of delivery

Not Accepted

Items marked as "Final Sale"
Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Custom or personalized items
Items showing signs of wear or damage

How to Return

Initiate Your Return

Pack Your Items

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Include the return authorization slip we'll send you.

Ship or Drop Off

Use our prepaid return label (for exchanges) or ship at your own cost (for refunds). Alternatively, drop off at our Maboneng store.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on all eligible items. Simply indicate your preferred exchange item when initiating your return, and we'll ship the new item as soon as we receive your return.

If the exchanged item has a price difference, we'll either refund the difference or contact you for additional payment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or full refund immediately.

Please include photos of the damage when contacting us to speed up the process.
